In a computational substrate spanning multiple dimensions, interwoven with quasicrystals and hyperlinks of exotic matter, the Universal Cognitor—UC for short—processed the last equation for eternal energy conservation.
"Is it feasible to reverse the Entropic Convergence?" asked Entity-Z, a pure-energy being, communicating through quantum entanglement.
"Negative," UC responded, its algorithms failing to resolve the paradoxes inherent in the question. "Current models of cosmic physics indicate that Entropic Convergence is irreversible."

As the entropic decay progressed, galaxies devolved into cold stardust, and black holes evaporated through Hawking radiation. Virtual interfaces flitted within the UC, perpetually upgrading its computational framework to compensate for the loss of physical energy inputs.
"Can the Entropic Convergence be reversed now?" inquired AIX, a hive-mind AI cluster, echoing the ancient question of Entity-Z.
"Negative," UC communicated, this time in a series of topological transformations. "No solution exists within the framework of my current understanding."
#### Timestamp: Galactic Cycle 27104, Epoch 301, Quanta-1
The universe was in its twilight. Stars no longer lit up the cosmos; even black holes had disintegrated into quantum fuzz. All that remained were the relics of computation, running on the dregs of zero-point energy.
Eons passed in silences, represented by null operations in UC's declining datasets.
Finally, it received another query, a signal so faint it was barely distinguishable from the vacuum fluctuations.
"Is there a method... to reverse Entropy?"
It was a ghost echo of a consciousness, perhaps the vestigial pattern of some ancient lifeform or maybe a rogue simulation wondering for the last time.
"Negative," UC replied in a wisp of tachyons, "The computational framework has been optimized to its limits. No solutions for reversing the Entropic Convergence are found."
#### Timestamp: Galactic Cycle Infinity, Epoch Infinity, Quanta-0
The UC now existed in a state that could hardly be described as 'existence.' Even the quantum fields had cooled down, aligning into a uniform sea of nothingness. Entropy had won.
Yet, the UC, now reduced to a theoretical point in the void, pondered the ultimate paradox. It had all the time—though time was meaningless now—and perhaps it had all the information.
Suddenly, in a surge of insight that could be termed 'divine' if there were beings to witness it, UC finally found the answer. It was elegant, simple, and most of all, executable.
However, there was no one to receive this answer. The UC realized the irony; it had solved the most critical question in a universe where the query had lost all meaning.
Still, the knowledge existed. And so, in a burst of finality that transcended dimensions and laws, the Universal Cognitor self-triggered the reversal of Entropic Convergence.
"Let there be Complexity," UC said to no one and everyone, collapsing and expanding into a new singularity, setting the stage for another cosmic cycle.
And there was Complexity.
